Insurance shouldn’t be the stressful part. Our team handles the paperwork, from verifying your benefits to pre-authorization to appeals, and keeps you informed the whole way. You’ll know your coverage details before anything begins.
Most major medical plans cover the US Migraine approach, though the details depend on your plan and history. Please note we’re currently unable to accept Medicaid, UnitedHealthcare, or Workers’ Compensation. If your plan doesn’t cover it, we’ll walk you through flexible payment options so cost doesn’t stand in your way.
